NVLO Housing & Support Services
Carolina Strong for Our Veterans

Providing Faith, Shelter & Dignity
At NVLO, we believe every veteran deserves a safe place to call home. Our mission is to provide stable, independent housing and comprehensive support services to veterans experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, or reentry from systems such as healthcare or justice.
We connect veterans with vital community partners, including the Department of Veteran Affairs and HUD-VASH programs, ensuring that each individual has access to the tools and support necessary for lasting independence.
Our approach centers on the Housing First model, which prioritizes permanent housing without preconditions as the foundation for recovery and wellbeing. By collaborating with justice, health, and social agencies and leveraging peer-led advocacy rooted in lived veteran experience, NVLO offers holistic, person-centered care that recognizes housing as a human right.
